Giving & Stewardship
We can express our gratitude to God for the grace we have received in Jesus Christ by giving generously to the work of his church. Giving with regularity is an opportunity to grow in our faith and obedience to God’s word. Below is some guidance on practical ways to give to Calvary Church.
To Give Online:
- Clicking here will take you to online giving where you can give regular tithes and offerings or to the Gather-Gospel-Grow campaign. We recommend that you select the payment method to transfer funds from a bank account rather than paying by credit or debit card. The card transactions incur a fee to the church that is based on a percentage of the amount given that could be much higher than the bank account transaction.
Ten ways to give to Calvary Church:
1. Bring your offering to church
This is the way many give. You can write a check or give cash. You can drop your gift in the offering plate during a worship service or drop it off at the church office during the week. It is helpful if you use offering envelopes. If you do not have envelopes but would like them, contact the church office at 610-282-3161 or email@example.com and request them.
2. Mail or deliver your check to the church
There may be times when it is more convenient for you to mail or deliver your gift to the church. Gifts are normally processed at the beginning of each week. At the end of the year, the envelope postmark will be used to record gifts appropriately. Mailing address: Calvary Bible Fellowship Church, PO BOX 166, Coopersburg, PA 18036
3. Give Online
Secure online giving is available. Follow the “GIVE ONLINE” link at the top of this page or CLICK HERE. Recurring and one time giving is available with the funds transferred directly from your bank account at no cost to you. Giving using a debit/credit card is also available to you but the processing fees are higher.
4. Online bill payment
Your bill payment service, usually available through your bank, can process regular weekly or monthly gifts to Calvary in addition to one-time gifts. They should mail checks directly to: Calvary Bible Fellowship Church, PO BOX 166, Coopersburg, PA 18036
5. Employer matching gifts
Speak to your Human Resource Department and ask if matching gifts are available and how they work.
6. Gifts of stocks, bonds and mutual funds
You can save capital gains taxes and receive a charitable deduction for the full fair market value for gifts of stocks, bonds and mutual funds that have been held for more than twelve months and have appreciated in value. 8. Gift of appreciated real estate or insurance

There can be significant capital gains tax savings as well as a charitable deduction for the full fair market value of the property if it has been held for more than twelve months. You can also donate an existing insurance policy or name Calvary Bible Fellowship Church as a beneficiary to a new or existing policy.
9. Gifts in kind

10. Charitable gift annuity
A Charitable Gift Annuity is a gift vehicle that falls in the category of Planned Giving.
